If you have a problem with any DVD or VHS tape received we will replace it for you promptly.

To return a video, please package it in the same container that you received it in.

Write "RETURN TO SENDER" on the front of the package and return it to the nearest US postal service drop box. We maintain a return postal account to cover the return shipping cost for you. Using this procedure, you won't have to pay for return postage.

Please be sure to include a note in the package describing what was wrong with the video and make sure to include your return address, so that we can send you another video.
